• Thorough disinfecting and flushing with water of the entire AHU systems and killing of all gram positive and gram negative bacteria using quality products.
• Thorough cleaning of slime and bacteria growth (Jelly like substance) and oxides found on the inside of the entire aluminum fin coil system with our special products and technique to improve the airflow efficiency.
• Sanitation of the entire AHU Systems.
• Dusting of the filters.
• Overall inspection of the AHU's running efficiency and checking of airflow efficiency. And to clean blockage found in the fin coil systems, if necessary.
• Unclogging and cleaning of the condensate pan.

• Disconnect the supplies (electric & water).
• Relocate the whole unit to the designed area.
• Connect the supplies and the air duct.
• If gas refill & parts replacements are necessary it will be charged separately.
• Commission the system to ensure normal operation before hand over.

• Open the water box to flush clear the excess loose sludge and debris, if necessary.
• Set-up the cleaning / descaling loop excluding the scaffolding work.
• Thoroughly remove all scale, sludge and oxidized deposits inside the tube walls.
• Remove / Neutralize the system.
• Passivating & final flush clean the entire system.

• Thorough cleanups of the coil system with high quality (biodegradable) products so as to improve overall efficiency.
• Thorough disaffection of the A.H.U. (coil) killing of all gram positive and gram negative bacteria, fungi and spores.
• Unclog the discharge pan.
• Sanitize the whole system after cleaning.
• Dusting of the air filter.
• Thorough cleanings / removal of oxides & particles / sludge from coils (FCU).

• Thorough cleanup / recondition of all the internal water passages of condensers and cooling tower (algae, slime and sludge deposits).

3. Industrial Cooling process/systems

• Bypass thorough cleanup / descale of all internal water passages of condenser / chiller.
• The total service fee includes labor, quality materials and equipment required for the services.
• The estimated time required is about 10 hours.
• Thorough cleanup / descale of the internal sludge, slime & scale deposits in the packing of tower.
• All charges inclusive of labor, quality materials and equipment required for the services concerned.

• Thorough cleanup / recondition of all the internal water passages of condensers and cooling tower (algae, slime and sludge deposits).
• All charges inclusive of labor, quality material and equipment required for the job concerned.

• Thorough cleanup / descale all the internal water passages of the condenser.
• Neutralize and passivate the internal tubing after cleaning.

• To retards the corrosion and testing.
• Inclusive of all labor charges, quality materials and equipment required for the services.
• The passivation may last up to 6 months.

• Open the water box to flush clear the excess loose sludge and debris, if necessary.
• Set-up the cleaning / descaling loop excluding the scaffolding work.

• Remove / Neutralize the system.
• Passivating & final flush clean the entire system.

• Thorough cleanup / descale of all the internal tube surfaces of condenser unit and main pipelines of cooling tower system.
• Thorough cleaning of the cooling tower's infill, disinfecting / removing the algae, sludge and scale deposits.
• The total services fee inclusive of all labor, quality material and equipment for the job concerned.
• Thorough cleanup of the chiller-water tank.

• Thorough cleanup of the entire fan-coil (aluminum fins) system with quality material to get rid of jelly-sludge and oxides.
• Estimated time required will be 3 to 4 hours.

• Thorough cleanup of the Chilled-Water Tank and Chilled Water Circuit at service.

• Open the water box to flush clear the excess loose sludge and debris.
• Set-up the cleaning / descaling loop excluding the scaffolding works.
• Thoroughly remove all scale, sludge and oxidized deposits inside the tube walls.
• Remove / Neutralize the system.
• Passivating and final flush clean the entire system.
